Refund policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days have passed since your purchase, we offer no refunds and/or exchanges of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sales on clearance items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If your item is damaged upon delivery, please let us know and we'll replace it. (We may ask for pictures of the damage.) Additionally, if you need to exchange for another size, we're happy to help provided the item is unworn and still has its tags.

Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition or that has been worn.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Clearance items marked as final sale.
- Perishable items, food items, and beauty products (e.g. tea, coffee)
How to Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You can begin the return process by emailing us at info@spookyallyear.com with proof of purchase and the reason for the return. If you meet the policy requirements, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
